		<description>Well reported!...and thank God for Texas and its Attorney General who is &quot;locking and loading&quot; with research and preparation of lawsuits to address the unconstitutionality of this massive Federal infringement on individual freedom and the right to conduct legal business free from a socialist leaning arm of the government.  Every state should be doing the same and join with the Texas Governor who I understand is &quot;rounding up&quot; the signatures of other Governors to serve notice on this Federal power grab.</description>

		<description>I hate the Senate bill too but pinning the blame entire on the Dems is not fair. Republicans have to share the blame as well. Nelson, Landrieu and Lieberman would not have had nearly as much power as they did if GOP members supported it. These 3 senators are the reason for most of the give aways and loopholes in the bill. The GOP didn&#039;t want any reform to happen. They may have suggested some ideas but ultimately all health reform was seen a scheme to kill grandma. The threat of filibusters and the senate structure was also to blame.</description>
